How do I know what size of headstone to order?
Calling your cemetery is the best way to determine what size and style of headstones will be best for you. Each cemetery has different requirements in regards to sizes, styles and sometimes even colors. They will be able to tell you what is allowed and what will work best. Please let us know if you would like help working with the cemetery.
What if I don’t see the size, style or color of headstone I want or need?
Please give us a call or email us. We have designers that can help you with the size and color that will work best from you.
Can you help with arrangements at the cemetery?
Yes. Our priority is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your experience. Our staff has been working with cemeteries all over the country for 5 years. We are able to work closely with them to ensure a smooth process for you and the cemetery. Some cemeteries will require proofs of sizes and design before approval. We can help you with this; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the monument will fit within the cemetery regulations.
Do cemeteries have fees for setting the monument?
Usually. Most of the time cemeteries charge to have a monument set. The best way to know if your cemetery charges and what the fees will be is to give them a call. The cemetery can provide all of this information for you.
Do all cemeteries set their own headstones?
Not always. Sometimes arrangements will need to be made with another company that can set the marker. If needed, we can help with these arrangements.
Am I eligible for free shipping?
Free standard shipping on all headstones shipped throughout the Continental United States. Fees may apply on larger markers where a lift gate or residential delivery is required. This only applies to our upright markers or flat markers 28” x 16” x 4” and larger. We will contact you to arrange shipping of your headstone.
Where can I have my monument shipped?
We can ship anywhere in the United States. We ship for free to the continental United States. Please call or email us with special needs.
What if the headstone is lost or damaged during shipping?
All of our headstones are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage. In the rare circumstance that your monument is lost or damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. To ensure that we can replace the headstone as quickly as possible, please contact us (Phone # or email) as soon as possible so we can file a claim.
Where does your granite come from?
We buy granite from all over the world. We have suppliers in China, India, Canada and the United States who provide us with the best pricing and granite available. All our granite is monument grade and carries a warranty on all manufacturer defects.
What makes you different than the other monument companies?
One of the main differences is our quality of artwork. We have true artisans who create our designs and can design anything from a standard marker to a custom one of a kind memorial. We want your headstone to the most beautiful one in the cemetery.
We are also able to do this for cheaper than many of our competitors. We have spent years developing a process and building relationships with quarries to ensure that we get the best pricing possible. Because we purchase high volumes of granite we are able to purchase granite for less and can pass those savings on to you.
